Praise the Lord for His care for us! After 9 months on the market we got an offer! It was a small emotional roller coaster, because one buyer decided to walk away, but then someone else wrote an offer 2 days later! Please pray that the inspection will go smoothly and that we will close mid-May.
Last weekend we looked at a couple of houses for rent here. We liked one of them, but the location was not that great (no grocery stores nearby and cumbersome to get to church, even though it's not very far from it). The realtor we are dealing with is trying to get the owner to come down in price. If that happens, I think we will take the house and will have to change our shopping pattern from once a day to once or twice a week with a taxi to take the stuff home. There are not many houses available here that would accomodate our family and that would be not very far from the church and our team. Please pray that the Lord will guide us in our decision making and will provide a place for us.
